By asking yourself The Work’s four questions, then considering the turnarounds or opposites of your beliefs, you will discover different perspectives that completely change your experience and outlook.
Without self-inquiry, you are convinced that there is no way out of repetitive, stressful situations. You feel trapped and just keep repeating the same patterns over and over again.
With The Work you are able to realize that the key out of those patterns is within you. You are the keeper of your own jail, the only one who can find the key and open the door to free yourself. That’s what The Work offers to anyone with an open mind who is willing to take a look.
